Successful commissioning of the first re-tech hydropower plant

The largest producer of electricity in the country, Hidroelectrica , it opened its hydropower from Ipoteşti, equipped with four hydro-power plants and a installed capacity of 57 MW, whose refurbishment has cost approximately 65 million euros.
This is the first full retech and modernized hydroelectric power plant from the chain of five hydroelectric plants on the Lower Olt river.
As a subcontractor of Voith-Siemens and VaTech Andritz consortium, CS România has made the control-command and automation systems of the four hydropower plants.
